Who would post a webinar to prove that his/her method doesn't work? Can you prove that yours work? Are you in search for the great method without sweat? Do you want to get rich?

I am not supporting any methods or person for that matter. This forum is to learn and share. Anybody can be critique, its an easy job....but provided you have a solid foundation of what you are criticising, it is not justifiable. If you believe that someone is crook, you must prove first that you are genuine....

And this kind of message trying to personify Shakesfx, just proves the nature of traders who lingers around....

edit, thought it was funny I don't even know much about this shakesfx fiasco, i tend not to listen too much to this forum, other then entertainment purposes - i prefer to focus on my live trading

Hi all...

This is my last say on Shakes....


Transvia.....it was not so much the webinar result ( which proved something )...in the end it was how the results were twisted around to attempt to make the results better than they were....

if he just said....that did not go well at all......people might not have been so hard at the end....but attempting to mislead by messing with the numbers,, I think everyone had had enough...

Lets end this discussion...I have no doubt this thread will be needed again..

Wow, what a ride!. lol.

This entire story had everything ... drama, suspense, comedy, action (the action of Shakes attempting to trade live for us) .... and a happy ending. The happy ending - IRONICALLY - was that of Shakes being banned!

The reason it was ironic was because HE was banning people from his thread at every slighest whim. It's funny that it ended with SHAKES himself being banned! LOL!

Thanks to those member here such as Jwentro, Angler, wwwin, and Jigsaw for doing the work to expose another attempted scammer here at FF. Shakes Followers (sounds like a cult name) trashed talked you guys and tried to make you into "trolls", but in the end you prevailed and the truth was revealed.

Just remember the words of Albert Einstein, which apply well to you guys in regards to what you went through to bring out the truth: "Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds."

The "violent opposition" did not keep you from doing what was right - exposing Shakes for what he was and helping to protect others from whatever hidden motive Shakes had in his plans.

On behalf of the forum, I give you guys a big applause!

I hope there are no hard feelings about the Shakes saga. I do not know the guy and am certainly not a 'follower', just thought he got a little too much abuse too early... anyway - that's is over now.

Guess you guys must be a bit bored now so I thought you might like to make a prediction as to when this guys starts a 'POWER LEVELS' paid service ..... he is "kindly" going to pass on 'POWER LEVELS' to everyone each day (but ..... hush hush ... he CANNOT answer any questions about how he gets the POWER LEVELS!)....

he will explain how to trade them (wow.... thanks !) but he cannot tell you what they are ....

I doubt his thread will even get going as two of us asked the same question of the first page and he won't answer it, but I thought you might like to take a look and check him out with his very conservative trade results...

He says:

"Regarding MM, because i know my levels are very accurate and i know how to trade around them i usually take btw 5-15% of my equity in each trade ( remember i take 2-5 trades/day or sometimes its the $ increase i have made that makes me satisfied and done for the day )" ... wow, Just the 15% of equity with 2-5 trades each day !! This guy must treble his account every week !!

Where do I get these levels again....

And as for that other thread you mention, I did notice a few days ago...but as you can understand was pre-occupied..

He does not have to tell you how or where he gets those S&R lines as it is his Journal and his system....and is quite ok to post just to keep a record of his trades...

BUT saying that....I can make an issue of the 90% accuracy he is claiming....again saying it once in his first post where he gives whatever details about his system is fine...

But Then makes the same claim about 5 times in his first 8 postings ....and it is starting to look like a selling point he is making...so for me...thats where an issue may be arising.

He posts after the event trades and still claims the 90%.....SO...maybe it is time, a day of live calls is made...should not be difficult as he says some take 2 hrs....plenty of time....and he still does not have to explain where and how he gets his S&R levels..

The one difference here is.....that everyone knows it is hindsight trades and everyone can do those so readers of his thread should be thinking for themselves and asking questions..

Edit.....I did just read that he will be sharing his levels with everyone at the start of the day...BUT still will not be showing /telling /or explaining how he comes up with his levels....SO maybe he needs to be asked.....WHAT IS THE POINT OF LEARNING BASED ON HIS LEVELS,,, if he leaves the forum...everyone who may have be interested has wasted there time....or as Willowgal has pointed out...maybe asked to get them from elsewhere......POINTLESS learning his system

Its like teaching someone to drive a car...then give them the car and take away the steering wheel.....

Hi, Angler:

Two things Shakefx had done are quite doubtful from the beggining.

He made his pips result into red, bigger and bold font in the first page. And he asked his viewer to rate his thread 5 stars. But people with get-rich-fast thingking paid attention only to his pips but not to these two actions.

Let the guy start...look at the level he mentions and look at them from different time frames...try and understand his levels...they must not be random...and for sake let the smart people try and see if they can get what he is doing, one thing he mentions that improves your trading is all you need from each thread you look at...if he then advertises then forexfactory will kick him out as simple as that. Hey, I like that Einstein quote so much I am made it my signature. I also changed my avatar, Borat is gone. I bet Einstein could have programmed a great EA.

Something that would read the market condition and use a different formula depending on the market condition.... Jwentro, you are into EAs, can something be done that would do this:

if (trending)
then (go with the trend)
else
if (ranging)
then (trade the range)
else
if (dont know)
then (stay the phuck out)
exit

Sherm, you seem like a good guy...I think I remember you from Pip Snipers (another scam), but why are you so quick to defend people you don't know??

Yes, in forex it is a crucial (and simple) thing to understand. But it is not a 90% system ON ITS OWN. I garuntee he will pull a Steelhead, (and he may be steelhead, he joined in FEB 09!!) He will say..I'm looking to buy at this level, but it's a simple support level that a free indicator can find for you...then he will say hours later "I took the trade, locked in profit and lettin git ride"...or he will say "I didn't take the trade" if it doesn't go. Stop being so gullible people! It's hurts to watch, lol.

Lol I know its simply support and resistance...and that the percentage of winning ratio he claims is crap...but maybe out of all his stuff a thing or 2 can help people...like I said if he then does something like advertise its completly ok to take him out. Like steelhead he is a great trader that actually makes money in trading...you guys will probably attack me but I know him as a trader and have traded with him. But at the same time I understand he advertised so I understand the point you guys come from and its ok. Now shakes I gave him a chance and he did not prove what he said so its ok what ended taking place. The point to me is that I dont go blindly attacking the thread.I simply know that the odds of what is being said on the thread is not true...and then I simply wait for the results to play out, but I always give them the chance to say that one thing that can be usefull to me or someone else. Just my opinion by know means I am trying to fight you guys lol
