Question about online brokers

Hi all,

I would like to ask if there are any online brokers out there where one can just setup a strategy and run it on the platform to test for it's consistency?
Say for example 1 strategy is to enter when 10Ma cross above 20 Ma and exit when 10Ma cross down 20Ma. We would like to execute this rule on the platform and run either back test or forward test this strategy.

This should be possible with every broker that offers Metatrader 4.
Nothing fancy everyone does that.

hmmm. perhaps i am not too clear about it, the thing with metatrader is that we have to program our rules and code it. what i was thinking was something that perhaps have a GUI interface where we can drag and drop certain rules on to the chart or something and create a strategy for testing or we want to use it as an EA. is this available in any of the platforms out there?
