I tried to open with them mt4 account on 22 June 2026
-_- First: I asked them from which section in their website I can open mt4 account to deposit BTC?
They told me that I must deposit first with them in order to see mt4 registration icon
-_- So, I deposited $500 worth of bitcoin
and still can't see any mt4 registration icon!!
Then they told me that I have to deposit another $350 to activate signal and trading bot.
I didn't.
But after a day, their manager "Florian Merzenich" replied my email and told me to deposit only another $150 to host a private server for me and he said: "it's compulsory with this broker"
So I deposited another $150
After that, no one replied my messages on whats app or email
And if I try to withdraw anything >>> their website tell me that the Max. amount to withdraw is $ZERO.
that means I can't withdraw anything!?
I've everything on record, e-mails, whats app messages + screenshots from my profile from their website
Please tell me what to do to retrieve my funds from this broker!?
