I’ve been testing a tool that solves a problem many of us face, juggling multiple indicators across different timeframes and trying to make sense of it all. It’s called the Entry Point indicator, and it’s available for both MT5 and MT4.
Instead of hopping between charts for RSI, CCI, moving averages, Stochastic, Bill Williams Accelerator, and volume, this multi indicator dashboard pulls everything into one clean panel. It even combines votes across up to three timeframes using a weighted voting system, then gives you a clear Buy, Sell, or Strongly Buy/Sell signal.
How It Works
The indicator processes up to three user-selected timeframes, for example, M1, M5, and M15 for scalping, or H1, H4, and D1 for swing trading. For each timeframe, it runs a full suite of tools:
- Moving Averages (up to five periods: 5, 8, 13, 21, 34) with SMA or other methods for trend direction.
- CCI momentum oscillator (period 14, ±100 threshold) to catch overbought/oversold extremes.
- RSI divergence trading (period 9, levels 70/30) for momentum confirmation.
- Stochastic overbought oversold (%K 14, %D 3, levels 80/20).
- Bill Williams Accelerator strategy to measure momentum shifts.
- Volume dominance indicator comparing bull vs bear tick volume over a lookback period (default 20 bars) with thresholds at 55% and 65%.
Each of these tools votes on whether the bias is bullish or bearish for that timeframe. Then the system applies customizable weights (e.g., TF1=1, TF2=2, TF3=3) so the higher timeframe carries more influence. When the weighted agreement hits your Strongly Consensus Ratio (default 0.85) and Strongly AvgPct Threshold (default 80%), the dashboard shows a Strongly Buy or Strongly Sell signal. Otherwise, a normal signal appears when a simple majority agrees.
Best of all, the dashboard is non repainting, so you can trust what you see.
Why It’s Useful for These Strategies
- Multi Timeframe Confluence Trading: Wait for Strongly Buy/Sell signals where all three timeframes agree. This filters out low-probability setups and keeps you aligned with the bigger picture.
- Trend Following System: Assign higher weights to longer timeframes (like H4 or D1). Enter only when the higher timeframe bias aligns with lower timeframe signals. This is a classic trend following system enhanced by automated voting.
- Scalping Entry Signals: Use M1, M5, and M15 timeframes. Look for normal or strong signals on the lower two timeframes while checking the higher timeframe as a price action alignment dashboard for sentiment. Perfect for fast scalping entry signals.
- Breakout Confirmation Indicator: The volume dominance indicator confirms whether a breakout is backed by genuine buying or selling pressure. If price breaks a level but volume shows weak bull dominance, you might skip the trade.
- Manual Trade Second Opinion: Even if you trade discretionary, use the Entry Point indicator as a false signal filter. If your analysis says buy but the dashboard votes strongly sell, it’s worth pausing.
Who Should Check This Out
- New Traders who want a clear entry signal for beginners without learning six indicators separately.
- Scalpers and Day Traders needing quick, confirmed setups across short timeframes – this dashboard for day traders is a game changer.
- Multi Timeframe Traders wanting to align short entries with longer bias using a multi timeframe trader tool.
- Systematic Traders who prefer a rule-based automated entry generator over gut feel.
- Volume-Aware Traders who want to see if buying or selling pressure truly supports the move.
The Entry Point works on Forex, commodities like XAUUSD (gold), indices, and even crypto. The pip adjustment parameter automatically handles instruments like BTC and US30.

How to Get It
A free demo of the Entry Point indicator is available for both MT5 and MT4. I strongly recommend downloading the demo first and running it on a demo account for at least a week. Test different timeframe combinations – M1/M5/M15 for scalping, M15/H1/H4 for day trading, or H1/H4/D1 for swing trading, to see what fits your style.
Risk management reminder: No indicator predicts the future. Always use stop losses and proper position sizing. The Entry Point is a tool to help you make more consistent, less emotional decisions, not a holy grail.
