another 55 pips.

this TE i has refresh cause the first i make,

great to see traders of this thread making improvement.
many still need to overcome greed, fear and lack of confidence in applying the rules.
also applications of risk and trade management.
the day when you all can consistently make 20% per month, i can retire from here.
we have really come a long way. 2 years in fact.

Would you mind telling us how you overcame fear and lack of confidence when you started trading? Sometimes I feel hesitant.

It's not impossible, but it needs a strong will.

What is your Asian trading time ITB?

I use 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST.

it is listed in post 1 under rule 1 all the market open. they are all local times of the respective countries.
use the following to convert to your country's time.

first, I wait for higher tf possible area for buy ,
Daily -4h-1h-30m eg/ef.
Important is wait Session start.
1b1b and 2b2b has occur at 1m tf,
but it retest again at 5m 1b1b.
You may try ignore the PA before Asian session and look back what happened after session start.

basically is go head on, bite the bullet and just do it.

1. demo the rules until you obtain 70% win rate. useless to back test. because you can see all laid out before you and tend to notice and choose the winning ones and missing the emotional part of trading.
merticulously apply for 30 trades and note results. do that 10 times all over again.

2. when it is achieved then apply to live trades. use the minimum amount you can afford. trade with minimum lot size 0.01. however in gold the whipsaw can cause you a lot. apply strict risk management and trade management that i had shown in the thread.
most likely will lose half a dozen times to pay for market tuition fees.
goal is to obtain 70% win rate and 1% profit per day. aim for consistency.

3. got to have dogged discipline, perserverance and determination inside you. be aware that it can take years to achieve all that because hard to get rid of poor and die hard habits.

do not use m1. you may find a lot of excitement in that time frame but it whipsaw a lot.

As a new trader, I wouldn’t touch the 1-minute chart. The lowest TF I’d suggest is 15 minutes. Trading gold on the 1-minute as a newbie is like losing the game before it even starts. Don’t commit trading suicide — take your time, think it through, revive, and survive. Just my 2 cents.
