1 Trend Line which plots accross different time frames

Hi there - just wondering if anyone knows how to do this please.

I watch 4 time frames on MT4.
Usually 5m, 15m, h1 and d1.

Is it possible for me to draw a trendline on say my 15m chart and then automatically plot those points and redraw the same trendlines on my different timeframes? So basically - i draw 1 trendline and it gets plotted across all 4 of my timeframes correctly.

Would be fantastic if this could be done and very helpful to me and time saving too.

Would appreciate very much any help regarding this matter.
