These are my images of the AUDUSD, Im liking it myself! The trend lines show definite support and resistance. Even though they go back 4 years. Still cool to look at and spot the similaritys in price action from so long ago. All my indicators are saying GO LONG NOW WITH EVERYTHING YOU GOT. (Im relatively very new, dont listen to me)

just realized this is a thread for your indicator and strategy lol. Feel free to delete my posts if it could cause confusion to others following.

I would have to agree, long it is, and the charts shore are pretty, not quite in line with my theory of 2 indicators but each to their own, but please tone it down a bit, who need that many Oscillators to tell the exact same thing?

Or else I would have to ban you , in which case you can start your own thread, and I'm a nice guy, so I really don't want to do that, thanks.

I'm sure your right. But as I'm learning, the more thumbs Up I can get to go for a trade the better. Over time I'm sure I'll less'n these down to just a few. Haven't figured out my favorites yet or the nuances that the oscillator is showing. I guess I get a little bit more of a confidence boost when I see everything line up like that. As I said, feel free to discard those as to not cause confusion. Won't hurt my feelings none

This is opposite of EURUSD, so monitor that for clues; CHF talking about negative rates so if / when this goes down, USD must be really weak.

One question, are you looking for the crossover in MACD in any special way, or just the crossover on either side plus the pivot point break?

Yes, you got it, you read Post #1 right?

The 1st indicator, Step 1, is to know the market condition; that means, what is price doing? MACD has long been a popular indicator of choice, with several options to trigger a trade, e.g. the crossing of the signal line with the main line, or the crossing of the Zero level. There is a better way as I will explain. I use the MACD crossing below or above the Zero level strictly as an alert that price action may be changing direction; this can happen many times without the need to panic and enter a trade. Patience is required, as well as reading the chart.

The 2nd indicator, Step 2, may not be as well-known as the MACD, it is the Pivot Point Supertrend. I shall post websites for you to explore and further your knowledge as the thread progresses. The PPST gives a level where a trade may be placed upon the close of a candle past that level.

Basically, MACD will show you the major swing points from the past, but the catch is, not all the crossings produce a tradable setup; that's the purpose of PPST, to indicate a level of movement that confirms the swing, possibly, again, no guarantees.

Scroll back, study the charts, where is the (1) and where is the (2)?

Get the indicators, use them, look at 1,000 charts, are they telling you anything?
