Problem with indicators not dropping where I want them to

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Example

I pull my TrendLine from A to B...typically on Candle Wicks. The TrendLine does not drop on the Candle Wick...it will be Slightly off the Candle Wick (1 Pixel or 2 Pixels)

It's the same with all Indicators for me. I cannot get the Indicators to Drop Exactly on the Candle Wick

Help please...its extremely annoying
