MT4 Programmer needed for simple custom indicator

Hi

i have the need to get coded a fairly simple custom support/resistance indicator that draws horizontal lines at every turning point that price makes, and extends the lines until a candle closes above/below them, at which point the horizontal lines stop.......

I have seen some programming services charge €50 per hour etc, and can see that it would be easy to get ripped off/charged a small fortune.

Any tips/recommendations on how i can best go about getting my indicator completed, quickly, affordably, and professionally?

Maybe they are charging that much because that is what they feel their time is worth. If you feel differently then you are more than welcome to learn the metaquotes language and program your own indicator. I hear it is very similar to C/C++
