In trading especially scalping that requires us to make decisions in a limited time, we must always be calm and ready. never trade while doing other things or thinking about complex issues. it definitely has a bad effect on trading performance.

The advantage of scalping in the 1-minute time frame is that we can act earlier than other traders. We don't need to wait for the price to return to the zone instead we will enter as soon as the zone is formed.
But it needs constant training to be good at reading price movements

for some traders there will find nothing. no point to trade..

SL first, TP later...keep ratio 1:1.5 or higher

Accept loses. it is part of trading

2 loses in a row means i have to stop trade for the moment. switch off my laptop and spend time with family. continue on tomorrow
