I suggest to have minimum 20 - 30 samples for each event for averaging. Higher the sample size is better. Also, better to exclude extremes.

My personal opinion. Someone may have a different view.

let us imagine with each event we use o=d=25 pips for all 28 pairs for both BL , SL,
TP=50J

could be shorted to 5 -events . .
just to build possible scenarios: (see picture)
imagine EURUD scenario!
imagine GBPNZD scenario ..
we observe extreme scenarios, any event that push that pair in the same direction . .
then next week we trade corrections (trade this week events, but in next week)
