In the posted shot if you were to take the trade at the green vertical line you will see that the last swing low 1.2697(red horizontal line) and the last high 1.2713(green horizontal line) is about 15 pips from SWING HIGH to SWING LOW. So theory I am trying to get across is that if you are to use a stop of 5 or 10 you will get stopped out, but if your a little more, say 20 or 25 you should stay in for a good trade. You know that the pair can move easily move one way or the other 15 pips so if you stay a little outside of that for a SL you may have better odds.
So for instance on this trade one might set the SL a little outside of the recent swing low and project a TP of an equal amount (Risk to Reward of 1:1 at say 20 pips). Then by calculating how many lots will give a loss or win of 1,2 or 3% you are set to trade the signal within all appropriate guidlines. Now if only I could practice what I preach I would be king! LOL.
