Does it make sense to have a 1.5:1 RR?

I was watching a Youtube video about a particular trading system with high win rate of about 76%. However, the trader said that due to the high win rate, the R:R can be 1.5:1.

I was wondering if it make sense to set 1.5:1 RR? Under which conditions do you actually do that?

Instead of 2:1 which is an ideal rrr, it is not out of question that you can use 1.5:1 as well. Some traders tend to stick with 1:1 and some can go for 3:1. I think it just depends on the effectiveness of your trading strategies.
