Now, let's explore something new-discovery of scammers via their bosses-the brokers!
Now, we know there are some brokers who only want to attract traders to trade with them, via many means, but of course the easiest is to bait traders with a hope and a dream. Many a times I have notice is that the scammers use the same brokers!
For a start, I don't trust anyone using AVA Trade. They did a downright unscrupulous thing in Singapore (my country)! They opened a "proprietary trading firm" and sent out advertisements saying that they are hiring traders. What is the interview process? You have to sign up with AVA Trade and only AVA Trade, deposit $500 and trade! Only the best of the non-existent cohort would advance to the second round....except there is no second round.
So many red flags involved. Why must it be AVA Trade only? How is it possible that anyone can start any time and still be within the "cohort"? Why is the office so empty?
After a while, the scam got exposed. The firm then decided to change its name from "ANZ Financials" (an obvious attempt to spoof off the bank's name) to "Fortitude Funds Management". However, it is still running the same scam attempt.
