I just wonder that do you look at the daily chart also or only 1H
because daily timeframe also at the ote of the last swing high .

I apologize...some times I talk to much

I make a Top Down analisys every day..every week...everey month...I mean during week days I start to look at Daily chart down to 5m.
During weekend's I look from Weekly chart down to 5m and at the start of each new month I look from Montlhy TF down to 5m.

I did noticed that price is at OTE in HTF...but that means nothing if we don't have a narrative behind it...just like any other ICT tool, alone it will elude you with false signals. At some point you'll see price at OTE moving up and down all the times...what makes it " break " and not working is the lack of a narrative behind it or a wrong one.

but there is already far from Liquidity pool above , price is in FVG area and more importantly market is in the way up.

i should not trade and should wait for more clue. right ?
so can you hint me abit that what clue i should looking for to catch a next good setup ?

As always it'll depend on PA...

For a more conservative approach you gonna need some confirmations from PA.
One that I like and it's very simple:
Wait for a swing low or swing high to form - it's a 3 daily candles pattern so you need to wait for today's close.
If we have a swing low formed on the Daily TF tomorrow, you will want to see price breaking and making new highs.
So day 3 forms the low and day 4 went higher, on day 5 you start to look for the buy signals.

If you want to be more aggressive you can start to look for buys on day 4.

Price can brake structure in the 1H TF for exemple and not brake the daily and/or 4H...when price is moving down and then turns, it starts to break structure from LTF to HTF ...so it'll depend on the TF you're seeing. That's why if you ask many different traders what is their Bias you'll get both because they will see different TF.

Another good confirmation is the IOF, if the Daily, 4H and 1H all agreeing on same direction. Only 2 TF will do, but with 3 or more you'll have more odds on your side.

The likelihood of big range ( expansion - up or down ) is due to volatility filter I use

Yes I'm expecting big range day to happen soon , it doesn't mean it has to happen today...could be today but can also happen tomorrow.

As I see it yes and no

Try to see every Session as it has it's own Judas Swing...

Having that said LO session didn't had a down move ( Judas swing ), price came out of Asian in consolidation, continued into LO session then brake higher taking the buy stops...made a reversal and trade lower into NY session.

At NY Open Session Price was trading at a Discount Array ( as ICT says...Time.....and Price ) and filled that 1H Imbalance that you refered to, also that lvl almost converges with the 1H OB Mean Threshold...and price rejected that lvl...all this before the Mid Impact news coming out.

Yes...but doesn't mean 100% of the time...sometimes they will not do that Judas Swing.

Discount Array it's a level below Equilibrium.

When I said price have rejected that lvl 1.36 big fig means it traded down to 1.36 and moved away up quickly...first time it left a wick on the 5m TF...

Today we have that big candle formation... The volatility filrter is nothing more than a simple mesure of candles range...small ranges big ranges...when candles bodies become smaller and smaller, a big candle can be expected soon after small ranges...this can be found on every time frame.

I was expecting Price taking that swing high and than turn down this week for FOMC News...guess I was wrong

That will be a lot of lesson that I have to absorb from him.
