So sometimes it it day trading sometimes swing but not for long

Draw Monthly, Weekly , daily, 4H Support and Resistance you will get more informations but after that you need a specific strategy to enter and exit
Every one has different strategy don't forget trading is like a business do the same thing over and over
A winning strategy is based on consistency

Bad habits comes with bad results finishing the week with 5 %
Bad trades came after not sticking to my own rules
