recommendation needed

What learning material would Merlin and other experienced traders recommend for a beginner? There are so many e-books, books, training classes, software packages that I got lost in the choices. Could you, guys, give me a clue what works the best for you and what combination of material and technicks you would recommend for a begginer. Thank you

Otherwise, much of forex seems to be watching the charts and examining indicators to look for signals to trade from.

You can read about art, however, unless you start putting down paint, you'll never get that portrait of your pet cat done.
