MB/EFX platform, website and phones down

And down again...

ya, it is the phone and website too. Leads me to believe their is some kind of hardline trouble in their area.

We actually did have two brief disconnects that were out of our control due to a hardline switch problem in the area. It did effect phones and Internet lines, but both were brief (maybe 5-10 minutes each) and the platform came back on line once fixed. While these weren’t errors in our control, they are the only times we have been down outside of our usual maintenance since the platform came on-line and out of beta in October 2005 (fourteen months ago). Fortunately, none of the pairs really moved during the brief disruptions, and we apologize for the matter. It’s a technology business, and we can’t control everything.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>
