Brixen, what a great work you are doing there with nerves of steel. Last Wednesday I was really curious how you are dealing with these 59 DAX CFDs,1 FDAX and 1 FDXM DECEMBER 591 at least in one moment of time with a market running against you. But you came back like the phoenix risen from the ashes and you made your day with fabulous profits. You believe in yourself with a decent strategy. That's human and trader's greatness !
Btw - what are the blue and red arrows in your M15 DAX chart ? Is tehre a strategy behind it ?

We often talked about tennis here, specially during GRAND SLAM AUSSIE OPEN and WIMBLEDON.
A lot of pics and posts about it here, but it's all Handy148 fault....he always talks and talked here about football, always.........I'm joking Handy!

Seriously, Raducanu made almost a miracle starting from qualifications in NY and playing the final at 18 years old!

1st of all thanks for your words.

I was into more dangerous situation before last wed with many FDXM in play, as 59 DAX CFDs= 12 FDXM, so not so many compared to previous dangerous situation.
So frankly I was worried ,but not too much, and this helped me to remain calm and waiting a good moment to reduce/close even in very good gain.
This is a mind game job, the more I remain calm , the more I can avoid to add new mistakes on previous mistakes, imho.

During rollover futures week I always tested something new. Last Quarters it was the key intraday level that nowadays you find everyday on my journal.
I'm not a fan of indicators, and I dont trust them, but nevertheless some ideas with some friends here has been always under review and test.
I'm getting older, I cant go ahead always this chaotic way when I will be 60, 70 years old next years.
So I have to find something that beat me, that help me!
Until then keep on testing something during rollover weeks, and keep on trading my way until I keep on rockin and made green pips!!!!

No, no thanks to me, Brixen. With your journals you are highly motivating me and I realize that it's possible to win some decent gains out of these very often chaotic markets. So keep up your work and continue to let us be part of your thoughts, your key intraday levels and also other new ideas upcoming in the future. And furthermore - I am always curious about your music ideas from 70ies to 90ies after a stressful trading day. Btw - is there already any playlist with your thread songs published in the last years on YT? If not, you should think about it. So once again - many THANKS to you !

In my experience, it is more a deep pocket game than mind game. I found if I play it patiently befitting my risk resources, there is no pressure. In other words patience and risk management skills are needed. Additionally I acquired skills to map out probable demand and supply points by using eyes and I always determine TP by recent historical statstics.

You have extraordinary skills to identify key price levels and manage lots that itself is a big asset. Putting into words daily action is an excellent way of improving self learning. So action and learning is taking place.
I have found dealing with uncertainty in an auction market is quite enjoyable when I remain in my limits. In fact, it is a source of joy - tracking players' footprints just by watching charts. It is only after years of extensive watching charts I realised trading journey can be conducted solely by watching price (or volume) and auction active times. Knowledge of Macro level developments does help but it is not essential if you can track market makers liquidity footprints.

I dont remember when I had a day loss. or a weekly loss here, so why I have to change my way?

But at the same time I'm aware that I can always improve current trading way and that nothing lasts forever, so searching for adjustments and new tools , is crucial for my foreseeable future.

no no, not to change what you do, but just to do some additional experiments with other trading approaches in the background, while you do your normal day trading job as you do it now. one can do it with a demo account but i prefer it with real money. only very small amount though - i have an account where i can 0.1 size CFDs.

Exactly Karuner, exactly, but demo account is good only for charts, not for trading.
And FDXS MICRO or DAX CFDs are decent tools to experiment live anythng you wish, imho.

-4 days to SEPTEMBER expiration futures.
In US DECEMBER FUTURES are now main front contract, while final epxiration day for US SEPTEMBER Futures will be next friday 17th.

In Europe, SEPTEMBER FUTURES remain front contract and as usual, only Eurostoxx is moving in decent way, while DAX FUtures are lazy and will increase their volumes only last day/hours, as usual.

WSJ went out during the weekend......rate increase.....a nightmare for the markets, for now.

For today 15590/620 zone the key imho to understand what they want do.
Below that key level high chance to retest 55.56.zoen and then last week lows 1st at 490 zoen and then 450 zone.

Above key level, 1st station stands at 67..zone and then 700 zone.
