Hello everyone, so its a new year and time for a new challenge!

For those of just joining in you can read the first thread HERE.

Just a quick recap, I attempted this challenge last year and grew a $100 account to over $5k before doing some stupid shit and blowing the account. I think I've learned a lot over the last year with managing risk and emotion, and I've also made some changes to the strategy I will use.

Basically the approach is to start with $100 and target 5% a day for a whole year and with the power of compounding I should finish with $409k. Its def not easy and no one has achieved this as far as I know, and many have tried and failed, but I still think its possible.

So guys feel free to subscribe and follow along or join in if you like and lets do the challenge together.

I've linked the live TE so you can monitor and track my progress, but while I'm trading and there are open orders I will hide the TE and once all orders are closed I will make it public again. By doing so it will prevent people from trying to copy my trades, but still allow members to check out the account stats and follow along.

Lastly this is my personal journal documenting my trading as I attempt the $409k challenge. I have no problems with constructive criticism, positive advice and suggestions etc, but I will not tolerate any negativity or attitude. If you want to post in my journal please respect it if not then I will have to remove you. Thanks.

Hi SingaRich, I think there is a limit on how many TE can be linked to a thread.

I could add their TE link to the first post if they wanted to and make a list of participants.

It was a good start to the week adding +16% to the account.

I saw a good opportunity to buy GY and it paid off overnight. In hindsight I could have got a lot more, but I had my target set and hit it.

Your tone implies that this is some kind of competition as you say I can't out scalp you? I think you have the wrong idea of this thread and maybe its not for you. I'm in competition with no one but myself and by looking at your profile and thread it looks like you want to compete with scalpers and that's fine, but this thread is not the place for that.

This thread is a trading challenge to make $409k from $100 not a competition to see who's the better scalper, besides I don't scalp trade either so perhaps I think its best for you to keep to your thread competition and I wish you good luck.

Why not flip $100 to $250, then Trade at FTMO challenge?

Then, you can withdraw from FTMO, and compound personal account.

I decided to finally jump in as this is going to be a great opportunity to be a more disciplined, accurate and rational trader. My goal is to master this craft. Money will just follows it.
I'll start with a $50 account and link a TE.
