MT4 not loading with toolbars

Sorry for the incredibly basic question but my (Alpari) MT4 loads up without the usual toolbars... If I open them all up, close down and restart it loads up again without any... I've tried saving the layout etc - is there something easy I can do to sort it - it's quite annoying!

This happened to me once some time back. I think I was able to repair it or I had to reinstall, don't remember specifically. Try the repair first.

Click on the start/programs/Alpari/uninstall

Instead of uninstall - select the option to repair.
If does not work. then rename the whole Alpari folder to something like Alpari-old and reinstall the app.
Once you confirm it starts up OK, move your experts, templates, etc. to the new folder and your back in action.

When you open the platform try pressing the function key F11

I just remembered - thats how I fixed it.
