My Forex Funds - Discussion/Q&A

I tried everything but no can solve my issue.
I followed the MFF support steps to fix this but no one can solve it.
I tried reinstalling the mt4 software, manually entering the demo2 server, checked my firewall,antivirus everything you can imagine.
DEMO 2 and 3 SERVERS ARE UNAVAILABLE... its like offline.
I have multiple prop firms accounts and never encountered this problem
Can someone explain me why this happen only with MFF servers??

We offer 1:100 leverage in our accounts, that would be enough to open 10 lots position on dax with a 50k account in our server.

Hello thr-capital,

1) The target to get live account for rapid model is to make 10% profits from your demo account. So, if you make 3.5% or more for 3 months, you will be able to get your live account at the end of the 3rd month. The account size will be 10% of your demo account which is $10k for a $100k demo account.

2) Max drawdown is 12% of your live account, which will be $1,200 for a $10k rapid live account from $100k demo account.

3) Once you get the live account, you can keep trading with your demo account and keep adding profits to your live account. However, if you end up violating the demo account, that will not affect your live account status.

I have checked the communication between you and our teams.

You have been informed that you need to hard wipe the metatrader from your device and reinstall it from all over again. Please make sure that you delete every file related to the metatrader platform and reinstall it from the link provided to you before.

I want to use EA. Based on your rules for using EA, it should not be used for "hedge arbitrage trading", Could you give me more details and example about this trading style to avoid it?

i've problem with connection when trading with your server. Would you tell me where your server location so i can raise complaint to my provider ?

or do you have any suggestion to solve my problem ?

the connection problem makes me have slippage or delayed execution so it's kinda annoying and make me emotional.

Hello BassemNagy,

Hedge arbitrage trading is basically opening a long and short from 1 or more accounts and closing them with arbitrage. If you are not sure that your EA is doing this or not, We recommend you not to use it because it is against the rules.

Our server has 300ms execution speed which is one of the lowest in the industry. Our server is based in London but we have many DC's around the world to provide a better service to our traders. Unfortunately, if the issue is because of your internet connection, we won't be able to help you out.

Hello Crystalferno,

Conventional accelerated model has 5% overall drawdown limit. It is based on 5% of your starting account balance.

Assured funding figure shows you the maximum amount you can scale up to from that single account. For $10k account, your assured funding is $540k. That means you can scale up to $540k balance with a $10k account.

2) Is there a limit to the lot over currencies and indices?

3) If I request an extension of the phase 1 evaluation, but then I don't reach the profit goal, can I restart from a free trial, if I haven't violated the rules?

4) Can I keep my profits in the account or do I have to withdraw?

1) We are planning to get ctrader early 2023. We have started the integration already.

2) There isn't a lot size restriction in any pair. Although we discourage trading with big lot sizes, you can open as big as your margin allows.

3) As long as your balance is above initial starting balance and if you do not have any violations, you can get a free retry even if you use your extension.

4) We recommend you to withdraw and get yourself paid. Since your daily drawdown resets at 5 PM EST everyday, withdrawing will be more useful than compounding.

I want to ask if the opportunity to take a free retry is time sensitive. For example, say I am eligible for a free retry this week as my evaluation had expired but I did not break any rules and at breakeven. So instead of taking the free retry immediately, can I postpone the free retry to January or February?
Asking as I do not want to do any trading during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

1 - Balancing your rules so it doesn't appear to be such a cash grab if a position exceeds the loss limit by a few cents! Where all the traders investment just disappear due to rigid cash/subscription grabbing rules

2 - Use more realistic leverage to actually help traders!

Referring to number 4, does MFF has that automatic withdraw feature, if we are in profit?
I have a question about Evaluation Challenge payment, does the price is included with tax or there's another fee for tax? Or we have no eligibility to pay tax for those purchase/s
