Quick coding favour needed

i have an indicator that i use on my 15 minute chart and the 1 hour chart.....But instead of having the indicator on 2 separate charts i was thinking we can put the indicator from the 1 hour chart onto the 15 minute chart so i can look at both Heikin Ashi indicators on 1 chart, the 15 minute Heikin Ashi will obviously be on the chart candles and the 1 hour Heikin Ashi will be at the bottom of the chart say in "Dot" form.. ... ........i have attached the indicator here and the settings i use for the indicator are:

I wouldn’t go into the technicalities of this but seems like a fairly good idea if that is possible. I also faced a problem like this one at first but couldn’t figure out a solution and I continued with two separate indicators. This can be a really big step up if you could find someone who can assist you with combining two indicators onto a single 15 minute chart. Hope you manage to get this right.
