Anyone using FXSOL?

Is anyone using fxsol? If so any good points and bad points please.

Its just i am having great difficulty logging on to this website.

The graphs sometimes dont work.

If there are any newbie traders out there that need any info's about forex . Contact me via email. I will try and help and send info.

I have been with them for 3 months now and I am pleased thus far. Customer service is great, they allow mini-lots, and I've had no slippage (yet).

I used FXSolutions everyday for about 6 months. I found I could almost never get a fill on the GBP without being put in a pending orders box and then being requoted. Euro and Jpy were the only two currencies which I could get fast execution and then only if my account was 50K lot size (half lot) Their data lags the market. In the end I could never get a fill without a delay and 50% of the time I was requoted and getting out of trades is too difficult like this. They have an excellent trading platform which never breaks down but if you want real market prices, fast executions, and the ability to trade multiple lots at the click of a button you won't use FxSolutions!

I've had some problems with the pound too, but usually only during UK morning. Funnily enough I find most requotes happen at really odd times, not normally when there are big moves. The number of requotes has increased recently but it appears to come in fits and starts. Recently they have upgraded their platform and now its difficult to cut and save the news articles. For me this is a big down point as I like to save the interesting ones for future reference. We'll see how they react during bigger news like this Friday and if that's fine then I'll still be generally pleased with them and continue to view them as one of the better firms.
