How to optimize a Trading system So That win % or RR increase

I think that you need to increase your open to different levels and find out which one of them works out for you. You have been told that .5 is every risky but how can you tell if you have never tried. It may not work for others but it may work for you. You need to know what it is your trading plan and you need to stick to it and you can change at as many times as you can while keeping your goals the same. Change is good but not in most cases as it may turn into deviation and once you deviate, you lose focus on what you are after. If even after the trials, you do not notice any significant change then you can switch trading systems.
I hit a 10% profit target in my practice account. It took 13 days, I have to admit I have to be more consistent with my approach.
I have to improve my Daily DD.

with this Performance am I going to pass the FTMO challenge Probably not, I have to improve more.

the idea is to use rsi on higher time frame as trend, trade in lower time frame when rsi syn with the trend.

a relative volatile pair like gpyjpy and eurjpy would be good.

use on :
1) m5. with m30/m5 combo.
2) m30. with h4/m30 combo.

i guess that they have more than 60-70% success rate.

i roughly show gbpjpy for the last 3 days for the htf m30 and m5 as entry charts. i may missed out some.
test it with proper rsi htf m30/h4 candle close. not by using mtf rsi.

Sorry to jack the thread, but can someone tell me how to back test a strategy on multiple time frames?

My strategy involves marking up recent support/resistance on a 4 hour chart, and looking for entries on the 15 min chart..

The problem is, there's no program/software that you can mark up your levels on the 4 hour, then drop down to the 15 min and still see your levels without either pulling up a different chart, or it moving you all the way back to recent price.. Trading view pro plan allows you do it, but only for 10,000 candles, which on a 15 min chart is nothing & doesn't go far back enough to test 100+ trades.

In the backtest, I can use only one chart. so probably I will not get that good result.

why you use your favorite indicator, Is it because of entry, exit, or filter out bad trade?

i know it works pretty well.

most people use RSI as overbought/oversold indicator.
i don't. i use it as a momentum and divergence indicator. that's the difference.

after m30 candle closed, there was only one valid set up in m5.

If anyone interested. Crate EA for me, Open Buy and sell order in the selected area of the picture.
Ea should have buy only options and sell only options.
Stop and Take profit according to ATR.
If you are interested let me know I will share the indicator. I have a few more ideas I could share with you if your intrested.

Trading a 1-minute chart is too stressful.
out of stress and frustrations, people make a lot of mistakes that can easily be removed by trading high TF.
Anyway if you are doing it successfully for a long period of time you should continue it.

yes it is but we have some rules that help us filter the noise

Did you create an expert Advisor with your rules.

I dont know how to create EA, i doubt it may be possible, but past data it is working. will keep you posted

I have developed a trading system that works very well in my backtest.
If you have time can you make an ea you and I both can use the same EA.
if you like to create EA, I will give a detailed strategy. That strategy is very simple. Hope it will make us profitable.
