Lol not when NZDJPY could severely tank to the downside the money lost would severely outweigh any profit from the positive carry.
I decided to closed the previous long position @ the pivot. Back in long with TP. @ the pivot again.

A bit of a late recovery for the US market = a little risk on but I expect the Nikkei to sell off as well today = Yen up.

Trading the bottom of our triangle using convergence level as resistance. SL 8 PIPS, TP 28 PIPS

Well...that was a little tough luck. Came within 3-4 pips of the pivot....the only problem is I changed my mind about moving the TP down, so I would still be in it anyway. Looking at the weekly chart.....this pair looks like it's getting ready for the next big swing(300-500pips in 4-8 weeks). It was always a long term play for me, not that I won't be in and out maybe several times.....and as it may still move lower, I'll continue to add to the position. This is where the MM's that started selling at 77 start taking profit and turn from bears to bulls.

we'll see.
This position has now hit my TP at 72...edit-71.95.... I did have some tough luck Sunday night when I fell asleep in the recliner before adding to it at the bottom and then when price paused at 71.3 I thought it might test the bottom again ...but no. I'll continue to buy this pair as the opportunity presents itself and looking to short yen in general.
