I am new into using MT4 Strategy Tester and have gotten tick data for testing and it costs a bit every month.
To defray this cost - I would like to offer to backtest EAs for people who might not have tick data themselves,
If you have an EA and would like a one-time optimization run for your EA with 99.9% modelling quality; please feel free to PM me.
I'm offering this free for now (cos i need to practice) but may set a fee of like $5-$10 in the future.
what i would need is:
your EA + any indicators required for it to run
forex pair of your choosing *1
timeframe of your choosing *1 (M1, M5, M30, M15, H1, H4, Daily)
date range of your choosing *1 (max consective 2 years; from 2004 to 2020)
parameters to test for *2
start, end and step values *5-10 steps

i guess one concern is people might be wary that i'm out to "steal" your EAs.
That's legit; and i don't have an answer for it.
Trust me if i say it's not safe for me to trade EAs i dont understand - just send me the EA in .ex4 and maybe label your parameters something generic like "variable 1" "variable 2" or something. this way, i won't know what your EA is doing while still be able to run backtests and optimizations.
