As you can see in the image below, both pairs tend to get an almost -100% correlation over time. And, more than that, after reaching this almost -100% correlation, they get a decorrelation.
So, there is a huge probability that with this expected movement they get a little decorrelated.
Did you understand my point?
I know that because my setup is based on Moving Averages, Bands, and Overbought-Oversold regions. And, one is on an Oversold region and the other is on an Overbought region.
If these pairs are correlated negatively, if one is going up, the other is going down
