Doggone Sunday Candle

does anybody know when interbank fx, starts up and close in EST on Sunday?

I'm asking because when sunday comes and the market opens again, i notice how interbank fx would display the sunday's candle as a very insignificant candle (very small). Then the monday's candle begins...

This kind of screw up a pivot indicator I use because it takes previous close values. And sunday's candle open and closes in a short amount of time before the monday's candle opens again..

So I need to know what timeframe the sunday candle open and close so I can do my friday's analysis!

It opens at 2300 GMT. A new daily candle opens at 2400 GMT- one hour later.
I trade on IBFX's platform, but also have an FXDD MT4 that I chart on when the Sunday candle makes a difference.
