Hello Traders, i hope all are doing well & great. I & some novice traders would like to know with which ECN brokers you are trading with and how's your experience with them,do you think going with ECN broker is a good choice or STP is also fine. My main concern is on spread & commission based on scalping,hedging & daytrading.
I hope some of you can guide us by sharing your years of experience with your brokers so that we can get some easy help for choosing the reliable & trusted brokers.

Currently I use IB, Hotforex and Tickmill, the rule of thumb is to use several brokers and constantly compare their execution. When one of brokers start to perform badly (comparing to two others) I remove it and include a new broker. A kind of dynamic broker testing which helps me to maintain high quality of execution. Some brokers tend to lose quality of their execution and spreads and this is the issue you can't spot without constant comparisons.

Right now i am using XM & ADSS in which XM has very bad SL & TP in all pairs,metals,stocks,etc compare to ADSS,and because of it i was loosing most of the scalping trades,so i withdrawn remaining balance from XM and researching on FXCM,FP markets & ICMarkets as they are reputed as ECN brokers and has very low spreads compare to others.But in FXCM & FPmarkets Demo accounts spreads are different and very volatile as shown on their websites.
I want to try and make sure i am using reliable broker before depositing huge funds for trading. Hope i find good broker.

The ECN broker i have been using is turnkey forex. So far, my experience has been good with them. Customer support is quite supportive. For me, i'd suggest ECN over STP. Spreads with them generally remain low and i think they would be good for scalping. As for comm. charges, it is only $2/100K RT with them.
I'm from the UK I like IC Markets it's been pretty sweet for me

XM is for me and I am using it for one year and have no problems.

The ECN brokers I see are icmarkets.com ,they offer very low spreads . Or tradeviewlatam.com, they have been a big broker for many years since 2004.

Brokers usually require 100-200$ minimum deposit for ECN accounts, for example, fpmarkets 100$, globalprime 200$, Tickmill 100$, admiral markets 100$.
