DislikedWhat do you think about this platform? Ive used it for a few weeks with a different broker.. Not a huge fan of the charts but like it how you can customize just about anything. Also being able to log on to any broker with a few clicks is pretty sweet. The PTL building seems a lot better than MT4s builder.Ignored
DislikedI know there is going to be and see there is a lot of speculation as to what happened. My issue is not of a commercial nature, I am a self directed intraday individual retail Forex trader. Unfortunately, I can not comment (as a lot of PM’s have come my way) on what happened it’s now in the hands of legal professionals.
Additionally, I have no business association with MOBForex but they were my IA who look to be having their own problems with Dukascopy.

DislikedI am surprised that I do not know to which issue you are referring to. As a matter of fact, to the best of our knowledge, Dukascopy Bank SA has no claim whatsoeverIgnored
DislikedOh really!?
...And I guess nothing is going to happen to your US clients in July of 2011 either?

DislikedYou do have an alternative option to use PT Multistation http://profstation.com/ here you can open a fixed Sub-Account for $1,000Ignored
DislikedNo, we do not plan to have our historic data back filled by third party platforms.Ignored
DislikedWe are always looking to improve our service and to give our clients more trading options.Ignored
DislikedPT Multistation is a toy, it only looks nice but cannot be regarded a tool for serious traders.
This is a very sad news. I respect this.
I am trying to find logic in it. You allow third party platforms to backfill your data through JForex API ($1,000 deposit), and at the same time you do not allow to backfill your data through FIX API ($100,000 deposit). This incosistency in your policy discriminates rich traders. Why?
This is a great news that you want to improve your service. I would like to save your time: no need to look any further....Ignored

Thank you for your comments. I can only suggest that you contact Multicharts directly and see what service they can provide you. I will see what I can find out and will get back to you.Ignored
DislikedThere is another solution to the Dukascopy problem for Multichart users. Go to FXCM .......Ignored
DislikedTo ask large account customers to effectively pay a premium and still not get a backtesting facility, something which is available to smaller account holders is a nonsense!Ignored
DislikedHi,
With regards to this situation I already contacted Multicharts and I can say the cost is a 5 digit figure. Thus I believe we should wait to see if Dukascopy makes any arrangements for the benefit of both parties involved and not the end-user .Ignored
