Disliked{quote} Because there are projects who cannot afford running hundreds of terminals parallel just to get updated account information. Think of FxBlue, for example. Another example is if you want to aggregate prices.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Emmzett, Can please explain me how does FXblue retrieves the data. I'm really trying to develop something like that for my self. I would like to be able to see all that type of data for each and every account. ThanksIgnored
Disliked{quote} Their main developer is a very skilled person. I can only guess that he wrote something like the MT4 Server API for himself. I'm not affiliated to him.Ignored
Disliked{quote} That's intresting. I have tough to make an EA that can do the same thing collect data and store it externally to create an offline database. As you know this method has got it's downside and that is the latency. I'm uncertain there isn't any other way? Is there not any type of bridge like in the example below? DislikedThe reason I ask is because I'm slightly skeptical that http://mtapi.tech/ is actually directly communicating with both the MT4 and MT5 trade servers, and where else are your account login credentials going? No way to know without seeing the source.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Look is white label license ( reseller ). But when I asked metaquotes how buy a license they told me I have ask my broker. Honestly I don't understand well how works this area. I don't understand why metaquotes don't sell directly if it's their product PS: I saw that dll is a wrapper. Original metaquotes dll is mtmanaapi.dllIgnored
Disliked{quote} Made a few quick tests and it looks partially fishy. They can indeed connect to some servers, to some not. Which tells me that they may already been blocked by MetaQuotes. More interesting: The API doesn't connect like a terminal would. If you request account data and after you login to the same account with a terminal o a different IP, then no previous login from somewhere else shows up. This tells me their API doesn't connect in the same way as a regular terminal. Now in the old examples from years ago there is a lot of web request and...Ignored
