DislikedMorning all, Thanks for the help PokerChip, maintaining icecream stock is very important. Ive been going through a lot of the examples on this thread and I couldn't find an example of this... The 13ma has crossed back through the 800, but the 50 has just crossed up through the 200. Should that be a red flag indicating I should wait further on this? Or is it more likely assuming this current 4h candle closes south of the box that 50 is going back through the 200ma and we are about to have a downward movement. Note- Im not entering either way on this...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Good morning SidneyMagal, Ice Cream helps me trade better, ha. Anyway, I don't use ema's because they are a lagging indicator as you well know. And that's exactly what the market maker wants a trader using, so he can trap you and run the pair the opposite direction. Moral to the story is always make sure you are trading in the right direction, then make your entry when the chart looks bad against you. See the opposite of what the chart tells you.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Nice trades, please be careful on these counter trades in the GBP pairs. They can turn on you in a heart beat.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you PC for your advice. I always need to make the worst experiences for myself, after I learn something, that's why I trade really small until I'm more confident. I did some SBK1000 Racing some years ago. Oh boy, cost a lot of money, crashed very often in my early days, but that made me more confident and faster. Hopefully this kind of learning style/technique works in trading as well. :-D Edit: GBPJPY, moved SL to BE+20, got stopped out... Well better than a loss. :-DIgnored

Disliked{quote} You're welcome, GBP/JPY and GBP/USD are moving higher. I would recommend that you always try and buy below a box. More pips that way, buy when the chart looks the worst.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Yeah, I still do what the chart tells me... You say it very often, look at a chart and do the opposite of what it looks like... I have to make some more mistakes until I finally learn it, some things take longer on my side. :-DIgnored
