My "Ultron" EA for GBPUSD H1 timeframe

I have decided to remove Ultron form my personal live trading. The last months has been whipsawing and overall has not had profitable results and the risk is to high I think.

I know that GBP has been very volatile in recent months due to Brexit news, but Brexit has been going on for 3 years now so that can't be an excuse, and current results have not been even close to the 1-2 year back tests results we've seen shared here.

I'll keep the small live test account running (TE in my profile) as I've already written off the $100 so we will see long term if it comes back, but I have my doubts Ultron will be profitable like we all have hoped for. Its a pity...

Little is not clear your disappointment. No adviser will profit from forever. This is an axiom. No great tests for a long period do not give any guarantees that tomorrow this system will work the same way. This must be understood initially, if you come to the market. For profitable work of any adviser, certain market conditions are needed, and since the market is constantly changing, the conditions for the use of this or that adviser will also change, which naturally affects your profit.
The ULTRON system is a working system that brings profit under certain conditions. If market conditions are suitable for this system - it brings profit. If not - then you get a loss. That's how all systems work.

Been trading one pair, not enough trades to get the data I'd like to assess risk, but it's certainly not bad.

Is anyone still trading with this EA?

Out of interest I decided to run some back tests to see how it would have performed since I stopped using it and I was surprised to see that it has been pretty profitable these last 2 months.

It looks like I might have been a bit premature to stop using it...

Yes. Still chugging along nicely. I will consider going live in winter post Brexit.
