for Smaller TF do you consider Major News?
I am looking at EurUsd (1hour TF) Hidden Divergence and EurUsd (30min) Regular Divergence: I am projecting 40 pips.
I hardly trade smaller time frames but i want to demo trade them for future reference.

This was a nice setup on the 4 HR chart. When I see a HD situation, I switch to the lower timeframe (1 HR or 30 MIN) and wait for MACD to cross the zero line. It is better if there is a regular divergence on those. There wasn't any in that case, but I sometimes enter nevertheless. It is a matter of having as many convergence signs as possible. There will be some losses and this case is one of them. I'm not sure if I would have entered after the MACD cross because I usually put my stop loss on the last swing level. In this case, the risk was kind of big (blue square).
