Here are the extracts of Mr Draghi's statement at IMFs meeting at Bali last month

Main points are - ECB will maintain the interest rates unchanged but start reducing the asset purchase from October to test its effect on inflation.
Looks like they are also uncertain about the inflationary effect of BREXIT, SAUDI conflict and Italy's budget finalization.

Action- I am maintaining my long position of 1.1440 till tomorrow.!! finger crossed!!

For the current situation on H1-M15: If price hesitates at 1.1410 then you should hesitate to sell the next potential M15 BLUE TL breakout as well.

OOOOoo just before london lunch time.
When lunch time will be finish NY open, that will be a nice fight and many fake signals.
First hesitation around 1.1410, then macd divergence builds on M15 chart, and all happens around fib 161.8 area of H1 chart.

Marking: 1.14035 as potential support on H1 (fib 161.8) where I will not short again until I see a H1 candle close below it! Closed my short. On sidelines again for now!

At least price may test 1.143x breakout point then we can see if rejected or not.
