Hi samekhanok, It merely is the average daily range expressed from 1 day up to a 20 day period. Can be found on FF ADR_v2.

Daily Outlook for Wednesday

1. 1.1766 is nearest support.. I decided to keep my buy trade as long as that level holds..
2. Even if 1.1766 breaks bulls still have the 1.1736 level as double support
3. Any upside movement would be limited with 1.1830 (assuming it resists)

I think EUR had quite a lot of movement, that's why no more traction for now. Just note, yesterday it was actually sold off a bit from Tokyo open, and heavily on Frankfurt open, but bought much more heavily on London open.

The Asia lows of yesterday were tested twice during NY session, and held. It's going to be interesting what happens during asia, but potentially it may just fakeout one way or another - I don't think there should be a lot of serious movement until PMI data, so all the fun begins around London open - be very careful of any moves before then.

Entirely possible, just beware of low liquidity asia session making fake moves before important data tonight.

If you already have longs (like I do) or potentially want to take one here, I think it's fine - but chasing it up is not recommended.

At one hour timeframe , there are at least two big negative candles

As I mentioned yesterday, broke RTL + H1 Bear. After 3 attempts on the breakout area Asia gives up and .1760 caves...for now.
My short from yesterday is finally on BE

Intraday Bear targets if .1760 area holds bull pressure.

I think it's a typical asia fakeout, we'll see if it continues rising.
