I have analyzed the .csv trading history of a trader that was considered one of the best signals out there. I have spreadsheet that goes back to the beginning of his trades. It shows in detail every single trade, Symbol, Time, etc. PlusMax DD, Max # of trades he was in at the same time, the data on those trades , like $ involved etc.
I also have a video of all his trades plotted on a chart going back several month.

I don't know how to upload the video...
let me know if anyone has any interest.

If the green text in the chart you attached indicate his entries, then it looks like he was stacking positions on the S&P and got hit by the correction a couple of days ago. Perhaps a case of too much greed, too little risk management?

i was also checked that profile few times. but seems like there was some sacm, bcz he trades only on specific pair and very few brokers are offer that pair to trade micro lot.
so he asked his client to join under his affiliation . almost 90% trades joins to follow him. and now a sudden he blew his account. also antoehr thing is . inistially his account was 15-20k + prior to this incident he withdrawn almost 25k from his account (3-5 weeks before). which seems fishy as well.

From what I understand of the title HE didn't lose any money. His subscribers did! His risk management is very professional: he doesn't risk his own money....

BTW if he managed ~$150M it is OK to lose $1.2M

I was merely replying to the first post, I didn't see anything about 150M, just that he lost 1.2M and 300 subscribers got burned.

Nothing wrong with letting the profits run if you're still winning the brawls and caught up in another melee.

Realistically, taking profits too early just means you have to fight more matches and pay the spread to do it.

if there is NOTHING supporting that logic then its a noob move plain and simple !! you never know how much the market will move in 1 direction, you can make all the TA in the world and still end with an "educated guess" at best..

giving up profits in "hope" you can get a juuust a bit more = noob move

Money is money no matter which way you look at it. As long as it's not 'just a bit more' and you haven't found a better place to put it then there's no reason to take it off the table. Letting it run to exhaustion though... Questionable tactic.
