Yes, this is a long standing project that's been through 4 revisions, you can read about its history and usage here.
Some technical info about how the NewsDownloader.exe app works here.

For a few years, I periodically posted an update of the output file, containing events from Jan 2007 (the beginning of FF's database) to the present. The last version of the output file that I posted (all events between Jan 2007 thru May 2017) can be found here. I stopped posting the file after that, as only 6 FF members said that they found it useful (here).**

The latest version of the news event downloader is here. You can use it to download news events from FF calendar for any historical period, although the code is inefficient and it runs slowly, hence it's best to limit the period to a few weeks. There's an instruction PDF that explains its use in that post, also.

If you have time, could you please go through the bellow codes, I want the EA to open the third order in the opposite direction of the previous first two trades but it continues opening more than one trades in the opposite direction. I can't help you much because I do all of my coding using MetaEditor/compiler build 509, which does not recognize commands like OpenPendingOrder(). Hence I suggest that you post in one of the "I code for free" threads, hopefully a programmer who is familiar with the new MQL4 language will help you. You'll probably need to post the rest of the code, as there may be other commands elsewhere that are affecting the outcome.

Two things I notice in your code however:
1. You are setting NewOrdersPlaced to false. This is not necessary because it will be set to false by default anyway (unless you are setting it to true somewhere else that is not being shown).
2. You are setting buystop_ticket and sellstop_ticket to OrderTicket(), which is the order#. Unless the order# happens to be 2, your subsequent OpenPendingOrder() commands will never be executed.
