Ive been a vegetarian for the simplest of reasons - why take another life for your taste & stomach?
There are plenty of alternatives.
And dairy consumption is another intriguing topic, the only species that consumes dairy (in milk form or otherwise) is humans throughout their lifespan. Plenty of views on why one should stop dairy in their adulthood.
