Yes, the FSA or FCA as it is now, came through in this case (it took about six months for me to receive). Now, I would never consider depositing money with a non-FCA regulated broker, nor with one outside the UK.

Update: So I check the feed again as soon as the market opens again for retail trade (UK 22:00pm). Fridays bar has DISAPPEARED! It's turned into a normal looking bar. Seriously bizarre
