If 50% expect a rate raise, would that mean only 50% of the market is pricing in a move based on a hike? I think there will be action either outcome. Best of luck!

I trade the news in a big way. In fact, the best thing I could find is a release in which I know there will be volatility (before release), and wont be a retraction. And the effects of the carry trade are also kin.

Even if they do raise rates as intended, I would expect to see a little action. I've seen it before, but also of note: last month, rates were left unchanged as expected, with not so much as a peep in the EUR markets.
