Pipchick was banned because she sent us email threatening to take legal action against Forex Factory. While this happened during a time when she was furious with another member, and she may not hold the same view, our policy has always been to ban anyone who makes legal threats against Forex Factory. This policy was enacted at the advice of our legal council, as we leave ourselves open to legal action if we allow the threatening member to continue participating on the site.

This is an unfortunate situation since Pipchick was a well-liked member and made great contributions to the forums. Banning her was a hard decision to make. Our team discussed ways to work around the policy and just give Pipchick a warning, but at the end we felt it was irresponsible to leave ourselves open to legal action by Pipchick and decided to stick to our policy as always.

The one Dr.geppynius vouched must be a genuine trader, and he doesn't vouch any others apart from Piters in that useless thread

When one get 10+v, the ego r bigger than themselves, they create their very own satisfaction, I doubt it would be real trading
