Fed’s Balance Sheet Expands Again, Grows to $6.72 Trillion
Federal Reserve’s balance sheet expanded to a record $6.72 trillion as the central bank continued robust purchases of Treasury and mortgage-backed securities to help ensure financial market functioning amid the coronavirus pandemic.
