No Small business owner would touch this. It requires $1000 an hour lawyer to even understand it.
Love to see how it is to get implemented.
If a person ever ran a small business they know full well from experience, if its from the Government stay away from it.

Wrong! Government has very good programs for small businesses, the best of them is SBIR. I made my company by using SBIR program. Around $1M per project, no equity goes to government.
I’m looking to get a loan. It pays 8 weeks of your payroll plus overhead. If you keep this staff for a defined amount of time on the payroll, you do not need to return the loan. Very pro small business IMO.

Have you looked at this Bill? Where is the structure to be found that implements this process?
I have run small Business and other then being forced to comply with Red Tape of Regulation that is as far as I would venture dealing with Government.
This Bill has all the earmarks of a rerun of Obama's shovel ready boondoggle, which did nothing for the economy but it sure was popular in the Press.

All that is needed to complete the wrap is another cash for clunkers part 2.
