    At today’s meeting the Governing Council decided on a comprehensive package of monetary policy measures: (1) Additional longer-term refinancing operations (LTROs) will be conducted, temporarily, to provide immediate liquidity support to the euro area financial system. Although the Governing Council does not see material signs of strains in money markets or liquidity shortages in the banking system, these operations will provide an effective backstop in case of need. always love how the reaction is very strong within microseconds of release (and often well before release) of the info. No one reads that fast! So needless to say, orders are all in place well before the release and simply triggers are set to drive it very near the release time.

very smart play. people were expecting a cut...they kept it still. unlike US FED. Now when they cut in 2 weeks. this will actually weaken it.

That's what I'm waiting for I'm tempted to get a buy in now at the low 1.12 handle but I'm tempted to see how the situation plays out.

ECB sticking tightly to it's mandate.
Putting pressure on Government to come across with Fiscal policy.
Those expecting big stimulus from ECB not getting it here.
This is a crutches and wheel chair supply.

That is why I trade just my chart with pure technical analysis.
My guess, if you do it right, the chart will tell you news is coming today... I'v been there, done that!

There is still possibilities of the EURUSD heading towards the support but in the mean time the traders would be trying to sell at the top side and when the news conference comes then we might see another moving higher of the price again as to test the resistance levels.
