This is not news! Everyone knows that!
Threats dont work, Donald, as stated multiple times before. Also macro data shows China is doing far better than most expected. They already have alternative solutions and dont need US as bad as US needs China. (Trade value US - China is approx. 3.5 - 1). I also described this to all the Don - fans earlier, telling the same joke that US is doing "trumpmendously" good. US slows some down as we see now, Fed exclude more rate cuts, and Donald need some good news, but it won`t come on threatening China, they rather take a hit before "bending over" on this Donald "barking". BTW, on barking.... my new hunting dog is named Donald (pity him, but luckily he dont know, and I tell people it is named after Donald Duck - a true hero....LOL).
Also like to mention my prediction of a likely US stockmarked slow down, or more likely a real drop as a consequence of this. Ref. also my US index puts and China ETF Calls, discussed and entered last 2-4 weeks. The are well "in the Money" and more to come.
I read an interesting article published somewhere here on Forex Factory on the weekend. A China deal means a stable dollar and less volatility and possible stagnation in fx markets. A No deal means extra volatility, is that not what we want in forex?. Go Trump, after all, you want a weak dollar.

The "news" that is really moving markets is the low ISM Manufacturing figures which are well below estimates and moving back down to the recessionary territory again. Throw into the mix a bit of Trump trade rhetoric and you have leveraged overinflated stock markets very worried. The markets will see this a sign the Fed may reconsider "there hold policy" and may have to cut further if the markets sell off too hard to keep corporate bonds "stable" (their "new mandate" to keep markets up). The USD will weaken in the coming days/weeks as it prices in a potential cut. With a weakening USD and risk off sentiment back in play, Long gold is back in play and could go up a long way.

what suffers me is that i doubt about being real China data. I think these released data were fake for affecting on expectations. it's perhaps untrue my opinion. unlike you, I think it's China who need us more. its reason is clear to all of us. reigning Dollar in global economics is a existing reality and no one can deny it. plus, Chinese products quality and us are not the same. besides all this, the most economics and politic global institutions are under us control and the Chinese know it well.
anyway, I give high probability they will at least have phase one by the end of this year.
Why is yield rising?
Stock market setting up a great buying opportunity. The bears will get their clocks cleaned yet again. They will never learn. I'm luvin it!
