Going to be interesting watching the markets digest this. First a rise in GBP because there's a hint of party unity, followed by a fall as they realise that this makes a no-deal scenario more likely. Plenty of opportunities to make some cash along the way.

Hopefully with the new PM, the UK can immediately finish this brexit problem. Whatever the result, all that is needed is the firmness of a Borish Johnson.

Have to face the truth, before the referendum Boris Jonson was one of the greatest supporters of Brexit, very active and very confident, after the result his activity dropped significantly. For the last 2 years he's been hiding and now is not as convincing and doesnt show he wants to rule. He is simply scared, no one expected positive Brexit referendum, the bluff became reality and all of them sh*t themselves. He is blond but he is not Donald Trump.

Told you.

And looking into my crystal ball again, Johnson will win and will make the same mistakes May has made, before steering toward a no-deal scenario (or at least threatening it) to save face (it'll be all about his ego) but ultimately being thwarted by Parliament. Despite having told the UK not to waste these extra few months, the EU will reluctantly agree another extension, though only on the proviso that a general election or second referendum is held.

What a lot of traders are forgetting. Is that not one of us owns a crystal ball. So when anyone says this is going to happen or this not going to happen, there coming from a place of their own absolute convictions and not from a place of reality. I’ve been Trading for a long time and one thing I know is that one day Brexit will be relegated to the History books. Secondly the GBP has weakened, simply because of all the uncertainty. Remove the uncertainty and mark my words the GBP will strengthen. So to all crystal ball owners and sooth sayers, I wish you the best of British Luck....

By the way the following is for the benefit of all crystal ball owners and sooth sayers

The best of British (luck) used to wish someone luck, especially when you do not think they have much chance of success or happiness: ... Best of British, mate!
