U.S. Dollar Wrapping Up Strong Week, But Strategists See Risks Ahead
(CEP News) - A modest gain on Friday capped the strongest week for the U.S. dollar since the start of 2005 but strategists say a renewed surge in commodity prices or a pullback in rate hike expectations could stall the greenback's recovery. The U.S. Dollar Index climbed 0.4% on Friday and is up 2.4% on the week for its biggest one-week rise since January 2005.
