The Guardian 'newspaper' is a joke - again trotting out censorious nonsense. Seems any journalistic critical thinking goes out the window if there's some anti-Brexit scuttlebutt to be had. Spain has had just the same oversight of the prepared documents and their creation as have all EU nations. This is just last minute brinkmanship. Seems as if there's a lot of 'intolerance' to go around - nobody will find wanting.

Spain should invade Gibraltar and take their territory back like Nasser did which resulted in the embarrassing Suez crisis.

There is nothing to fear, the UK are not able to defend themselves, no risk. Go for it.
